One star is much too high of a rating for this place. I have ordered from other Domino's pizza shops without the problems that we had today. The manager on duty was very rude and appeared to not have understood his own computer. Finally, after the order was placed, the pizza never came. After fifteen minutes past the said delivery time, we called and were informed that our order was not even started. Hint to corporate office: please listen to our call made. It was around 3:18 PM Jan 30th. This guy is a manager? Our first call was around 2:35 and it was full of this managers confusion. Our delivery was allegedly to be at 3:01. We had another call made in between the first and last call and talked to the driver. He seemed to be knowledgeable and polite, but couldn't do anything to really help the situation because he was limited by his manager.

I ordered online and put the note uncut pizza ( coz we don't eat meat & they use Same cutter that's why we refuse to use that ) at 7:37 pm ... around 8:30 pm my pizza not ready so I call and ask for then he says it will be ready in 20 min that time I tell him two time make sure uncut pizza he says ok .. after that my nephew go for pick up that time he check that time pizza was cut .. so he told them in person too uncut new pizza .. then also they cut again .. finally 9:45 pm we got our pizza .. like that dominos loss 4 pizzas for no reason .. last 3 time they do the same ..🤦🏻♂️..

Got there pizzas weren't even made. Then they made the pizzas wrong. The young gentleman waiting on me did apologize and gave me a store credit. However I don't believe I will return.

Don't use your card to pay for your food. I used my card to pay for my food and the next morning I was charged an extra $10 and when asked why I charge for it. She didn't argue and gave it back but I had to catch em first, if not they would have kept it

Service was a little slow due to fewer staff in store. Though overall the food was spectacular and made perfectly to our order.
OKI called and talked to the manager.She was.I couldn't hardly understand her because she was holding the phone up to her chin.I believe but I wanted to get something different.Because this pizza was just sen edible it was raw.It was greasy but she's gonna send another one out so we'll see.I called back after I looked at my bread. Sticks, which were covered in grease on the bottom and ask them if they would just refund my money or give me credit. The man didn't know anything and after a few minutes. Of being there while I listen to him talk. I hung up. This is terrible. I don't want anything. They've turned my stomach. My mother stomach has turned she can't eat any more so we're done I don't want it. I want my money.I called back after I looked at my bread. Pizza delivered took an hour and 20 minutes. After about 45 minutes the app said it was delivered. Called said they'd get it out right away, 40 minutes later. Cold pizza. Call any other pizza place then here. And the pizza looks like it was turned to it's side.
