One of the worst Domino’s I have seen. Always understaffed , even when they are staffed NO ONE in there knows what they are doing, everyone is asking each other who is working on what, nobody answers the phone, nobody communicates , they mis- inform us on the tracker, everyone is working AS SLOW as they can.
I placed a recent order 30min ago when I arrived they said I have to wait another 30, plus when the pizza was done they forgot to cook the wings.
After re-firing the wings, I had to wait another 15min when they finally gave me the wings after the pizza got cold I went to check to make sure the order is right and the lady got upset why i was checking my order and said “ we never give out the wrong thing”.
You forgot to fire my order, you think I wont check what you packaged !!!!
They absolutely have no clue and running around in circles asking each other stupid questions what order belongs to who and nobody is actually doing anything just go and watch…4 staff members on the floor and all of them are ignoring the phone.

I ordered one pizza with bacon and pepperoni and waited 3 hrs for it to be delivered due to the store being understaffed. Ive called 3 times being that I was told I'd receive a refund and have not yet received said refund. The manager Onika is one of the most rudest person hung up on me bc she said I'd have to wait for a evening shift manager I proceeded with are u not a manager who is supposed to help people with issues and bam hung up on me very bad ive had issues in the past with this store on 1948 E Eldorado St. This store is terrible for their service.

Have ordered delivery from here a few times. Taste is usually good but a lot times, the pizza isn't cut all the way through. Drivers are always pleasant but a lot of times, the order tracking feature will change the ETA. There was one instance where I ordered delivery online and ended up waiting two hours. I called the store twice and didn't get an answer either time. When my order finally arrived, I was told by the driver that they'd been busy. I understand that that's not necessarily within anyone's control but there should be a way for the website to state that there's going to be that much of a wait.

Worst place to order food. Nearly, every time I place a delivery order it’s cancelled, I have to call the store and be informed there’s no delivery drivers and only one employee working. They promise to issue a coupon for the inconvenience for you to not get it and the management acts confused when you decide to use it in the future. Place is going downhill completely. Close it down!
Didn't love the cheezy tots or the alfredo pasta ... not much taste. The cheezy tots were kind of a mushy mess

This review has nothing to do with the employees or the food the employees are always professional and friendly and cook my orders correctly every time. I picked up a pizza from the location on El Dorado when I walked it the store is super hot inside the owner has these employees working with no air conditioning just a little floor unit and a broken fan, that's ridiculous they deserve to be treated better and yet the young lady who made my pizza was still in good spirits. It's unacceptable how hot it is in that store especially for those who work there!

One star is much too high of a rating for this place. I have ordered from other Domino's pizza shops without the problems that we had today. The manager on duty was very rude and appeared to not have understood his own computer. Finally, after the order was placed, the pizza never came. After fifteen minutes past the said delivery time, we called and were informed that our order was not even started. Hint to corporate office: please listen to our call made. It was around 3:18 PM Jan 30th. This guy is a manager? Our first call was around 2:35 and it was full of this managers confusion. Our delivery was allegedly to be at 3:01. We had another call made in between the first and last call and talked to the driver. He seemed to be knowledgeable and polite, but couldn't do anything to really help the situation because he was limited by his manager.
