Went Sunday for breakfast. Arrived at 10:25 a.m. Ordered our meal from the menu. At 11:00 we asked the waitress if our meal would be coming soon, she said "I'll check, we've been busy" & she didn't come back. At 11:35 she zoomed by our table & just said soon. We noticed several customers that arrived after us being served their food. At 11:50 we had not been served our meal, nor did the waitress offer us an explanation. Very poor service & very poor communication from the waitress. We definitely won't be back.

They were super busy when we arrived at the restaurant, and there was a line, so it took a little while to be seated. We were so hungry since we had just finished the Prairie Pedal Ride at Rock Springs. We had a very friendly waitress that kept our mugs full while we waited for our food.
Parking: We parked in the parking lot that is facing the restaurant.

We were awake unusually early this morning so I suggested we go out to breakfast. I googled breakfast restaurants near me and saw that The Downtown Cafe would be opening in 30 minutes. We had never been and thought it was a good opportunity to check it out.Not only was the food delicious, but Tyler was phenomenal. The other customers were regulars and you could just tell he had genuine bonds with them. It was nice to see someone truly enjoy the work they do.
Reasonably priced & portions were not overwhelming. Good breakfast

Awesome food will go back I asked for what I wanted and I actually got they're really good at making what you really what I ordered something that I didn't think I could eat and they changed it to what I wanted pretty awesome

The waitress and hostess are nice, the food is just not good. Half of the omelette is bland and the other half is a cake of chili powder. Biscuits were hard and stale, hash browns bland and cold. Not worth the 20$ for sure. It looked good, just didn't taste good.
