Food was decent. The large coffee I got costed about as much as a large drink at Starbucks. Not as good as a Starbucks drink but it was a larger cup and it still tasted okay so I wasn't unhappy with it. Donuts were a little dry but still tasted good, although it doesn't really compete with the local donut shops in the area for me.
I struggled getting all my items to my car and dropped something. One of the workers stopped what they were doing and kindly helped me pick it up and get a good grip on it so I didn't drop it again. I really appreciated that.
Overall it was a decent experience. I wouldn't go out of my way to satisfy a craving here, but if I'm in the area already and want a quick fix I would definitely stop by again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Donuts we received for our team were stale and dry no flavor and one of the cups had rat feces in it . Never again

The food is pretty good, but they got me the donut. Though the donut turned out to be really good anyway. The free waters are great and giant compared to other fast fast-food/breakfast places.

I stopped there this morning on my way to work for a couple of donuts. I had to wait while there was some sort of discussion in Indian off to the side. I was finally waited on and the woman was rude, as always. She got my donuts and then left after starting the credit card process. She finally came back and finished waiting on me. The donuts have really gone down in quality. Frosting/glazing/toppings are very thin/minimal. I got a chocolate glazed donut that had almost no glazing on it & a powered sugar donut that had large bare areas. I also had a suger raised donut that tasted stale.

I was waiting for Christmas morning for the Dunkin coffee and took a drink and I almost threw up it was NASTY and they always give the wrong change and couldn't really understand the staff members
Order the exact same thing every time.. If you tell them they didn't put enough espresso in it, they'll argue with you and even cuss at you and say they follow the recipe.... Pictures speak for themselves. The one where the guy was handing it off is how the rest of the nation makes it (I've visited Dunkin in 7 states at this point) and the other pic is how they typically hand it to you.... Laughable. . And you can call corporate all you want, the owner never reaches out or cares that her employees are cussing at customers.. Hopefully 7 brew opens soon
