I was waiting for Christmas morning for the Dunkin coffee and took a drink and I almost threw up it was NASTY and they always give the wrong change and couldn't really understand the staff members

Order the exact same thing every time.. If you tell them they didn't put enough espresso in it, they'll argue with you and even cuss at you and say they follow the recipe.... Pictures speak for themselves. The one where the guy was handing it off is how the rest of the nation makes it (I've visited Dunkin in 7 states at this point) and the other pic is how they typically hand it to you.... Laughable. . And you can call corporate all you want, the owner never reaches out or cares that her employees are cussing at customers.. Hopefully 7 brew opens soon

Every time I go to this location my coffee is never made right. This morning I wanted to try the cookie butter cold brew so I decided to give them one last try. Of course the drink wasn’t made right again. It tasted so bad I took two sips and dumped it out when I got home. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

I occasionally visit this dunking usually never have any problems.. but this morning I was there to get my kids some hash brown bites and doughnuts and me a coffee while waiting and watch I noticed the guy at drive thru watch the guy cooking my hash browns run his hands thru his hair with gloves and then watch him touch the hash browns with the same gloves he ran his thru his hair with... I told him not that it will matter much but I won't be back due to this cause of him watching him do this and not saying anything to him about needing to change his gloves!
Bathrooms were clean, I ordered inside and was served almost immediately. Iced matcha was yummy and was given a nice complimentary water cup. So much better than my local Dunkin, keep up the great work!
In my long history of ordering Dunkin in my cities and states this is by far the worst establishment I have ever spent my hard earned money on. They have zero customer service donuts are horrible coffee is mediocre and never made right. Not worth having in my city.

I frequent this Dunkin’ a couple of times a week. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh. The workers have yet to mess up my order. One of the top Dunkin Donut shops I have visited. My only markdown is the shop furnishings are not cozy, but simply follow the Dunkin layout. As an aside, in spite of what previous reviewers have said, the staff does speak English, as well as other languages…all to make the customer experience enjoyable.

Very unprofessional owners, rude when asked to fix their mistake, has left items out of my bad not only once but EVERY time I go. Talks bad about you in another language, like people can’t read body language. Just all over bad experience, if they could learn how to read a receipt maybe they could have my business.

I haven’t been inside only made a phone call to see if they make Tiger tail donuts & they said yes. I hope they are the right ones. Half chocolate & have white yeast donut with a glaze icing. Very hard to find.
