Went through drive through last night & got home to the nastiest mushroom Swiss burger I’ve ever had. I should have checked it before I got home I was tired and ready to get home with my little one. To only call to explain/complain to the manager & the heffa gone get smart & ask me did I still have the food, tb I should of called yesterday which I did three times got no answer for her to say she gone check the caller Id. Do better Hardee’s or just close down at this point with your trashy customer service.

Each employee that has taken care of me or my friends and family has been attentive, polite, just great with their customer service skills I'm sure their manager has a trained them and taught them which is wonderful.
