So I went here spent 50 dollars before I realized they had a dog back there behind the counter with them cook included. I tried to call someone above them because why do you have dog behind the counter with you will definitely not being going back last thing I want is dog hair in my food. Wish I could've gave zero stars

The food great ! The manager is rude ! Every single time anybody walks in ! She sets your money on the counter! Does not use any type of hospitality at all and I don’t think she needs to be in any management position at all !

Lady doing drive with bright red hair was rude as hell!! And after we told her that she misunderstood us on our drink she complains to her co worker she was so rude never coming back!

The food is ok but the staff is extremely rude. I was told to leave before i even got to order my breakfast. They will discriminate against white handicap people i will never go back absolutely ridiculous that they are even open for business. Someone needs to pay a visit from the Illinois department of public health or the attorney general

I've been going to my location most of my life. The food is usually great, but it's still fast food so I gave it a three. The service varies. I find the staff to either be very friendly or overly worked.
The drive-thru rarely gives me a problem, pickup is always excellent. Stay away from the app unless you're in a hurry or you might get three bacon double cheeseburgers with no bacon. Just bummed they didn't give me a receipt so I could follow up.
