2/22/24 Came here at 5:45pm. It's 6:20pm and I am still parked waiting on my order. When I got here there was no other cars here but the girl said she had to make other orders before mine. Won't be coming here

The drive through automated attendant is difficult and annoying to use. Then when I finally get to the window to pay I am told to pull to the front because you want to keep drive through time low. If you are going to measure something like drive through time then make sure your workers are not manipulating the metric. Also if a metric hinders your customer experience and service you should consider eliminating the metric. I will not be back to this location!

Your drive through computer simulator is very difficult to place an order.Meaning that it doesn't pick up on language very well and makes you have to repeat your order, plus you end up repeating it anyway because by then an employee finally takes charge.On this day that I'm writing about, I had the same issue with the computer simulator. Then I just said heck with it , I drove up and placed the order in at the window. Of course it looked like and seemed that nobody was at work.Then somebody a woman arrived and she gave me the most ugly unpleasant look, but I was hungry and placed an order.After that occurred she asked me if I could go to the front of the store to wait.No problem I said, but then when I went there there was about 4 to 5 cars already waiting.So I just walked in and pick it up myself.The atmosphere was kinda weird at first, but I wanted to buy some more things, but I could never get a employee to even give me eye contact so I just felt like, I didn't matter and it wouldn't surprise me if that's how they felt about themselves.HOW PITIFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL.I won't go there again.I don't trust people like that much as well .If employee or employers present themselves in that matter, who knows what they do when they prepare your food.Very scary thought.Sorry I love the food but Hardee's probably doesn't offer alot , salary wise and Insurance as well.So if that's the case Hardee's would not and should not expect much progress.Sorry so sad........

Service was horrible. Took 20 minutes to get our food and only when we went up to ask then didn't get order rig8ht and screamed at my daughter for asking where her hashbrowns were. WILL NOT go back.
