I tried this location for the first time today, and both the food, speed, and overall service were excellent. I placed my order at 10:30, and it was ready by 10:35. I ordered the bootlegger unwich, and it was so delicious. Only next time, I'll request extra lettuce, because it was a bit messy. Lol I work in the area as a millikin employee, so this will definitely be my go to JJ's from now on.

Everytime I order from this store somethings wrong, missing, or just all around nasty.. paying extra for extra meat & dont even get whats SUPPOSED to be on the sandwich.

Terrible food and service, they didn’t want to answer the phone. just pick up and put u on hold before u say anything. I get there he’s there doing nothing, fixes my food and the bread is hard as toast.

A truly terrible experience all the way around with them, every single time. I have tried and tried to give this particular location the benefit of the doubt. Every order I place gets delivered an hour later, incorrectly. Missing items. Drinks..etc..etc.. Delivery times are typically a minimum of 45 minutes to as long as an hour and a half. When you talk to the owner the only solution he provides is "We are short staffed. If you want to do the job, we are hiring." I've even had subs delivered to locations across town from the location it was supposed to be delivered. Then I have random people calling my cell phone because they have received my order just left on their door step. To put it plainly, if you are going to offer a service, you should ensure that you are staffed well enough to offer said service with the reasonable expectation of the service being carried out properly. Or simply do not offer the service. Consider somewhere else if you want a sub delivered.

Not fast at all. It’s been over an hour and still don’t have items. It’s location is 5 mins away! Ridiculous!!! We would have ordered from a different restaurant if we had known it was going to take so long.

Ordered food at 6:13, it's 8:29 now. No food. It's been "out for delivery" for 45 minutes. Called the store when it had been nearly 2 hours and they said it would be here soon.... yeah, right.

The website doesn't take gift card, i cant get an employee to answer the phone, when i was able to get to someone they put me on hold for 10 minutes and hung up now they aren't answering they don't close till 8. I need this order for pick up. this is not the first time this has happened. HORRIBLE SERVICE
