This place is a roach coach, and it's sad how they've managed to destroy the reputation of a once great restaurant, and a man that worked hard to build it. The drive thru wait has always been ridiculously long, the interior disgusting, the service atrocious, the prices outrageous, and the food nasty af. But for some inexplicable reason, my husband likes it. I, on the other hand, wouldn't eat it if you held a gun to me. Something is always broken, out of service, or out of stock. Please do us a favor, health department, and put the nail in the coffin already.

Absolute trash! I ordered an 8pc bucket and an 8pc tender and it was supposed to come with fries, mashed potatoes and gravy, Cole slaw, biscuits, and I ordered an extra large side of Mac n cheese. Issue number 1- management looked like they just climbed out of a dumpster along with the cooks co-worker. Issue 2- building full of trash and debris very unsanitary conditions. Issue 3- could not fill my order missing the Mac n cheese, missing biscuits, missing corn as a substitute, and missing my 8pc tenders of all things! Issue 4 this is aimed at corporate and the customer service department who need to completely get cleaned out (I.e.Fired) and hire intelligent individuals along with new management of this store in particular. The only person who pleasant to deal with was the lady in the refund department my hats off to her for the experience. No way in hell would I ever return to this location let alone any other one and I suggest that no one ever visits kfc again with the way I was served and treated tonight unless you want food poisoning. If I could remove their stars the store would owe me stars. -500000/10 will never return again. KFC PLEASE just throw this whole store away and do not return to Decatur IL. Popeyes has you beat and I hate their food too.

The French fries were so greasy it seemed that they were re-fried after going cold a couple of times and the coating on the chicken was just as greasy but fell off the meat in chunks.

Would have gave a 3 and the reason is out of the stores control.it is because the gravy,potatoes,and biscuits taste mechanical and I know old school will never return, but the glorified chicken cooks need to stop cooking the kernels chicken to thier specification.The ORIGINAL is not suppose to be CRISPY.If u are an inspired chicken cook go to culinary school or read a cook book, and cook the chicken like it should be cooked.I WILL BE GLAD WHEN POPEYES GETS DONE.THAT WILL LAST AT LEAST 3YRS and 15 bucks for 3pc meal???????? 15 bucks at Popeyes feeds a family. When I say expensive ms KFC who isn't in the family or corporate don't take it personal the business doesn't belong to you.

This place needs to have better customer service and attitude. Show more confidence in your work and be more alert and happy! Coming from experience in food service, I would hire better management and teach the staff to be faster and more efficient at what they do.

Y'all close at 11. There is no reason all my food is cold and y'all not making nothing fresh. I was the only car in line. Everything is cold. Chicken tenders on the chicken littles cold...fries cold...and you can taste that it's old. I'll say it if nobody else will. Find another job if y'all can't keep quality food at all times.

I had our food delivered they didn't include our gravy or dipping sauce. When called they didn't even try compensation in any form knowing we couldn't make it up there. Maybe double check bags going out for delivery.
