Expensive for the amt of food they give you. Waited 15 mins for the thinnest chicken sandwich Ive ever had. It was Luke warm and hard as a rock. Had to pay extra for a leaf of lettuce n a slice of tomato. Recieve the wrong burger and was charged for a fry we didn't order.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but the drive-through at Kreckles seriously needs improvement. Every single time I come here, I end up waiting around 45 minutes, even when there’s hardly anyone else in line. It makes no sense how slow it is. The food’s fine once you finally get it, but the wait completely ruins the experience. Something needs to change — this is way too long for a drive-through.

We have been a fan of their food for quite literal generations, but dumbfounded how much more expensive this location is than other locations. We just like driving all the way to Mount Zion, but we may have to just to save a few bucks. The ladies in the back, especially the young lady with the pink hair is wonderful and always has a smile on her face!

This was not custard. It was more like soft serve ice cream from DQ but DQ is better. I also waited for about 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me in line. I won't be back.
first time stop. i got the triple with cheese meal. the burger was super hot (temperature) and the fries were fresh. the price for what i got was not outrageous either. i will definitely be back next time i am in decatur.
