me and my husband went here for the first time the guy at the front counter was very nice I wish I knew his name but he is great the food was great best one in my opinion the fries needed to be less done tho I would say my only complaint would be maybe less playing around while working but a great place to eat and menu is way better then the other locations

First time trying this burger place as they have other locations that are identical but serve frozen custard. The burgers are tasty and fries are delicious. However, if you are looking for really thick juicy burgers they won't suffice. Their burgers are slightly thicker than Steak 'n shake. They have a reasonable waiting time for food and it is fresh. I would recommend.

They didn't have enough employees work or they where just too many not doing their work , I had the Horseshoe with chili an they didn't dra8n any of the juice off the chili an made it way too runy .

Terrible. The people that work there are the rudest people I have EVER experienced!! Tgis is the 3rd time its taken 25 mins to get our food, we were the only ones in drive thru and only 2 cars in parking lot!! I will now always choose steak n shake over krekel'

What's happened, Krekel's??? The last two times I've been to the Forsyth Krekel's (within one month) there has been something off with the burgers. The first time, I thought it was a fluke. The next time, I concluded something has changed. The burgers are mushy. Gone is the nice crust and crispy edges that Krekel's is known for. The meat is cooked through, but it's a light brown, like it has been microwaved, not seared on a hot grill. Has the meat itself changed? Is the cook not allowing the burgers to cook long enough? I know Krekel's is known for long wait times through the drive-thru, but I don't mind as long as I get my burger, cooked properly, that is. I will give it one more try. If I receive this same quality, I will no longer be a customer. I am curious to try other locations to see if this is only happening at the Forsyth store or it's company-wide. I'm sad to see this happen. Krekel's has always been so good and reliable. I hope they aren't falling victim to inflation and their own greed. Do better!!!

The staff was great. The food, not so much. The burgers had that "new cookware" taste. Definitely not the signature taste of Krekels. And the prices are much higher than other Krekels restaurants in town. Will definitely stick with the Oakland or Wood st. locations.
