I went there last night and I got a double cheeseburger With a small cup of chili. The chili was five dollars for a small. When I got the chili, it was like water with ground beef at the bottom. It was very disgusting and it wasn't worth my $5. I'll never go to this krackles again. Where's chili?I've ever tasted more like water and ground beef.

The last time I went, my burger was raw and I go back today and they give us 2 bags of overcooked fries. The old lady in the drive through needs a course on customer service cause EVERY TIME she’s rude! Time and time again, chance after chance, never again! Krekels isn’t what it once was👎🏼👎🏼

I have heard that Krekels serves great food, but I will never find out after the service we received today. My wife and I visited today. She went to window to place our order. The person at the window didn’t bother to greet her but yelled that an order was ready. My wife started to say something, but the person behind the window grabbed a microphone and restated that an order was ready. My wife asked if she was at the wrong window and got no response. We were a bit perplexed, but then 2 people walked and were promptly greeted. I guess we had to be someone that you knew to get service? I’m not sure, but I won’t make the mistake of stopping there again.
