Nice place for grocery shopping.
Checking out was a nightmare!!!
Pharmacy did well. Great ppl. Great attitude. The rest of the groc needs cleaned. Badly
Worst Krogers in town as far as keeping the shelves stocked up and the dairy department is a absolute joke, I guess they everything in the cooler in the back..
Every time I go into the krogers store in southshores the customer service desk is always close will reopen the next day but that day never comes lol. This store is sad and pathetic.
Workers there are nice and polite
Your manager Kristi should be fired. We go there at 7 pm on a Friday night and all gallon milk is empty in the coolers and it’s clearly visible in the back. I look for a store associate to go grab some for me and the first one I find apparently works at the service desk. I ask her if she can run to the back and get some for me, to which she replies “I have a customer”. I tell her I am a customer, but she walks off. I ask her to call a manager then. So we go back to wait at the milk coolers and about 10 minutes later the manager Kristi walks back with another employee and says “Yeah, there’s some guy back here for milk that was yelling at the customer service desk”. First off Kristi, I never yelled at anyone until you made your rude remarks. Your customer service skills are nonexistent Kristi, and whoever the girl was at the service desk lacks them as well. P.S. I don’t know if I spelled your name right when I called corporate either, but they’ll figure it out. Thanks to them for the $30 store credit. We’ll be sure to use it at the other Kroger store.

Rude as manager of this store is awful

In my opinion, Kroger is the best place to shop for groceries. Lots of sales, coupons, & even a freebie now & then. You get points for shopping there, which turn into money off your gas expenses (up to a dollar off each gallon). They've been super helpful with prices in this recession/inflation. Most employees are excellent, and they will always make it right!
Sales are great ?
Kroger is a nicer grocery store other places. This one hasn't had any updates in 20 years, the rusted carts are difficult to use, the aisles are so close together, you cannot access many items if you use a wheelchair due to the thin walking space. The employees are rude, and not normal Midwestern rude (I'm a southerner, do I have high expectations in customer service) but unhappy, unkind, and bothered by your existence in their store. The parking lot is too small for a grocery store, along with the other businesses in the shopping center, which makes the parking lot a dangerous place. Also, prices are higher than most other grocery stores.
