Every time I go into the krogers store in southshores the customer service desk is always close will reopen the next day but that day never comes lol.This store is sad and pathetic.

well best part about Kroger's was the fried chicken. now they put it in paper containers that makes it soggy and pack it in so tight smashing the chicken making it absolutely disgusting. looks like back to Walmart I go.

I normally don’t have any problems with Kroger.. sometimes the customer service is lacking, but I generally don’t need assistance when shopping so it doesn’t really affect me. I'm always impressed with the quality of the things that are at Kroger. The deli included, when we went they were the only ones that still had any of the meats, like pastrami that I wanted. But it's not just about the ingredients, it's about the staff.The staff at the counter we're incredibly helpful, and despite the fact that there was a line everyone in the deli was working as quickly as they could to get everyone what they needed. 10 out of 10 would shop again.

I visited the first drive Kroger location this afternoon and was very disappointed and upset. I've been a Kroger customer for years because they treat you like family. Today was different. I had WIC coupons to use and got all the normal items with them. I placed everything by coupon on the belt to get rang up. The employees switched out to ring me up on the WIC. When it got to a cetrain item unknown to me that was no longer an offered brand the cashier made a scene over it. I
