Sometimes out of stock on everyday items. Pharmacy is slow as molasses. Explanation was short on personnel.
Really busy--difficult to find a cart!
Prices seem to keep climbing. And the fact there is not enough human cashiers. Really tired of working all day. Then trying to get food for dinner. But in order to purchase it you have to clock back in and check everything and bag. Not too mention the half whit poking on his phone and not paying attention to all the self checkers.
Pharmacy is absolutely awful. After 3 days of waiting to fill my prescription it still is not ready. I have been interrupted talked over and treated as if I am stupid. Strange how everyone else can get their prescriptions filled with a “system failure” or “short staffed” but not me after only using this pharmacy twice I will gladly never step foot back in any kroger.
special ordered bakery items, ready in advance. items were -perfect- and delicious. price was incredibly good. Will definitely give repeat business.
Hey a former employee. They treated their employees horrid, hardly giving us the stuff we need to do our job. The store is disgusting, the Starbucks Kiosk is the worse of all. Horrid smell emanating for that damn kiosk as well.
The lady behind the meat counter is the opposite of helpful, refused to check on something for me @ 8:45AM because “they didn’t open until 10am” unbelievable. Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.

Though it's often a bit more expensive than other stores, the variety and quality of stuff makes up the difference.
Nice stores, nice staff. The only thing I don't understand is why I can't get small fryers instead of chickens so big they should be called stewing hens. I suspect they are using the fryers to sell as rosterizers in the deli. I also would like to see Prairie Farm milk. It would be nice if customers could have a choice.
Friendly employee s
Getting to be just like the other Krogers in town. Will be going to Aldi now.
Never answer the phone. Nobody ever works the customer service after 2pm it's ridiculous.
Clean store and well stocked.
