“MUCH better than the one on Water st. The parking lot isn't a torn up disaster, it doesn't have that ghetto vibe, and the service is much more professional. Plus, it's cleaner. We had an issue with our previous order, but the manager was very courteous, and friendly about replacing it without issue. The young girl taking orders was equally as cool. I have a feeling I would've gotten a much different attitude if it had happened at the one on Water. Their staff was made up more of young kids who weren't all that polite. Plus, for some reason, I noticed that the water location slipped in several dollars extra in charges for the EXACT same order, which I didn't realize the previous time. So needless to say, I will only go to the rt 36 location from now on, even if it is miles out of my way. I like the fact that they have a drive up, and their lobby isn't used as a 'hangout' for sketchy characters like the one on Water.“
