Does anyone else feel like little Caesars is really yummy until it starts to cool off. can't even reheat it, it just isn't right. anyhow, the service at the water street location is spotty at best, but the one on 36 the service, at least the last couple times I went there, has been great.

I picked up my order through the drive through. The box was was barely warm on the bottom, so I had this feeling to check the pizza it was over done the cheese looked awful I put my hand over it and it was barely warm. I told the lady at the window if I could purchase another cheese pizza that this one was not fresh did not even mentioned that it looked over cooked. She looked nervous and said I have to get my manager. I was literally just asking to purchase another pizza but whatever, the manager comes up to the window already has an attitude and says what's the problem I said the pizza is not fresh I would like another cheese pizza. He argued that it just came out the oven. I said whatever can I please order a cheese pizza and I would like it fresh be told me to me I needed to leave. I didn't ask for a free pizza or anything I just wanted a fresh pizza that I would pay for. I will not be going back there again.

Horrible service. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread was told 20 minutes. 20 minutes pass I go to check on my pizza and I am told that the pizza hasn't even been started yet. Will not be giving my business to this establishment ever again. The people are rude and evidently have no idea what they are doing. I will drive 40 minutes to Mattoon where they actually do their job.

I showed up a bit early and CJ was super friendly and made me pepperoni puffs right away. They were delicious! CJ had a great attitude, too.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza, I got to the car opened it, it was hard and cold. I hate those pre-made orders, I had already left but should have turned around went back. Because it was a waste of my money. Next time I'll special order so I know it will be hot
