Not sure how this place is still in business. Each time we go in there (5 times now) they have had zero pizzas ready. Just tonight, completely dead. Walk in and ask if they have anything available. Just one set of wings. Management needs to step it up a bit and maybe put a foot in someone’s behind. Last time we try this place.

I've never had a hot n ready pizza from this location. I've stopped on my way home from work 8 times in the last 3 months. Never had any ready. Today, I gave up. We'll order Pizza Hut from now on.

Always have phone off hook at least half to 45 minutes before they close have door locked and lights off before posted closing time. Really disappointed in the customer service

MUCH better than the one on Water st. The parking lot isn't a torn up disaster, it doesn't have that ghetto vibe, and the service is much more professional. Plus, it's cleaner. We had an issue with our previous order, but the manager was very courteous, and friendly about replacing it without issue. The young girl taking orders was equally as cool. I have a feeling I would've gotten a much different attitude if it had happened at the one on Water. Their staff was made up more of young kids who weren't all that polite. Plus, for some reason, I noticed that the water location slipped in several dollars extra in charges for the EXACT same order, which I didn't realize the previous time. So needless to say, I will only go to the rt 36 location from now on, even if it is miles out of my way. I like the fact that they have a drive up, and their lobby isn't used as a 'hangout' for sketchy characters like the one on Water.

It takes forever to get your pizza no matter if it's a Monday or a busy weekend night. I waited 35 minutes tonight to get two pizzas and a breadstick and came home with a sauce and the pizzas, no breadsticks. The people are nice that work there but there seems to be an issue with timing and getting out the pizzas.
