I see the drive through is super long so i go inside to just get a large fri. Im the only one inside and the manager clears the screen of my order and i waited about 10 minuted on a fri. When i left the drive through was empty. If shes going to clear my order at least have the common sense to see the job through and not walk away joking with coworkers. Just pathetic

The food was hot and fresh as usual. I'm old enough to remember the days when their slogan was " change back from your dollar". You could get a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink for less than a dollar, we all know those days are long gone...

Parking: I usually go through the drive up but there is plenty of parking available most of the time.

Ordered via mobile app, ordered a medium fry and small drink. Sat in my curbside check in spot for 10 minutes before my food came. Fries are cold and half of them are missing. Stopped in for a quick snack before my next appointment and now I am late to my appointment with cold fries. Never use this McDonalds.

Ordered our lunch on our way home this afternoon. The workers we giggling on the speaker as we were ordering, telling us multiple times to hold on. When our food arrived we were missing half our order and drinks. The service wasn't great. My boyfriend went inside to get everything they missed and the place was a complete mess inside. The manager was trying her best to get the kids under control but they were more interested in flirting and talking to the other workers than taking care of the customers.

Terrible customer service. We went through the drive through and the lady that took our order was very rude and disrespectful to us. We were waiting for a few minutes for her to say something so we knew someone was listening and she was talking through the phone very rudely about how she was on the phone waiting for our order when she could have simply just said “what can I get you” rather than snapping at us when we didn’t order because we didn’t even know she was there. I get it if you’re having a bad day, but that cannot affect you when you work in customer service. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated and spoke to.
