Manager did nothing but use his phone couldn't even make eye contact when he brought my food out to my car. I waited 20 mins for 1 meal and extra burger. Couldn't even get a Grinch meal that they are advertising but don't have.

July 15 on a Tuesday the place was great for maybe 30 minutes. After the “special people left” it was business as usual. ALL the MASKS flew off and Everyone was back on their phones, and the Rudeness rears its ugly heads. Alona is one of many chosen ones came in without wearing her uniform and proper shoes and we also noticed many of the young girls and guys don’t have to, very unprofessional for an establishment to run a business that way. It’s beyond us why the rude people are kept on while focusing on getting rid of the nice caring ones. We are always happy to see the counter lady, she’s mysophobia and there’s nothing wrong with that. We go out of our way to visit and see her. She’s pleasantly delightful. A truly caring helpful person, which is a rarity nowadays. I hope she’s interested in a change of scenery. We’d like to offer her a job. 10 stars ⭐️ for the counter lady. A++

We were treated rudely by a tall black girl with a Nike or Nuke black jacket, not McDonald’s attire. Texting on her phone rather than helping customers. We witnessed her, Paula and the black manager Tif ganging up on the white counter girl, after a dasher asked for the order that was just sitting there. Tif scolded that sweet counter girl that was being very kind to the customers. We're disgusted by them turning on her and being extremely unprofessional. Five stars for the counter girl!

I see the drive through is super long so i go inside to just get a large fri. Im the only one inside and the manager clears the screen of my order and i waited about 10 minuted on a fri. When i left the drive through was empty. If shes going to clear my order at least have the common sense to see the job through and not walk away joking with coworkers. Just pathetic
