My husband and I walked in and the tables were dirty and the floors a mess. Behind the counter and in the food prep area the floor looked like there was an explosion. Three employees were sitting at a table goofing around. We immediately left and went elsewhere.

over all the employees are really nice and friendly and they keep the place clean but everytime I go to this location my food is either messed up or nasty I went here with my husband and got a fish and a chicken sandwich asked for it to be fresh they took old ones and put it back in the oil I guess thinking we wouldn't kotice or care but they were nice when we asked for it to be done the right way cook to order over all one of the better ones to go to just need people who do the cooking right cant serve old food takes less then 10 min to cook anything there just do it

The management and employees hardly try and don't care. Every time I go my order is messed up. I've ordered a 10 piece and had two hamburger patties in the box. I walked back in and told the manager what happened while being polite and waited about 15 mins to get the nuggets. They were cold. I got a refund. I've worked at this same McDonald's years ago and this behavior is an embarrassment. McDonald's is such a wealthy company they should bring out of town management to make sure they run the restaurant correctly. It's not hard to make the food, I've done it. Rushes can back you up and I understand that completely but the mistakes they are making seem to be intentionally done on purpose. This McDonald's is becoming like Burger King in this area and I haven't been to burger king in over five years. I'm done with spending top dollar for fast food when the employees don't care. My advice is to fire 90% of the crew, get new employees and actually give them a check they want to work for. It goes both ways. Bada ba ba ba I'm over it ?✌️

Came in crack of in business service... I suffer from intrusive thoughts that make me spout out verbally.... Guests and employees both catered to my disability and gave me still 5/5 service.... Thanks and I can't help it.
I had to repeat my order 3 times today!! Nothing difficult! A large caramel frappe, small fry, Mcchicken with onion, and 2 apple pies!

Can't even get an order right. I ask for a double CHEESE burger plain which just means cheese on it. Not a double hamburger. If you can't understand a CHEESE burger comes with cheese you shouldn't have a job.
