McDonald's offers a great atmosphere and commendable customer service, with staff working hard to fulfill orders promptly. However, there have been instances where drinks were not provided with kiosk orders and fries were served cold. There was also an occasion where an employee seemed preoccupied with their phone instead of attending to customers. The restaurant could improve in these areas, but overall, it is a decent dining option.
