This review is based on more than one visit to this McDonald's almost every time I order a diet dr pepper it ends up being a diet coke fries are half filled overcooked or cold and soggy same with burgers and chicken nuggets being old and almost all the time they don't put the bbq sauce in the bag the set up inside is almost impossible to get an employee attention to fix the issues

I will say this is the MCD gives the best customer service of all. Customers are locals. I can tell they come everyday. The interaction between customers and staff is incredible .

I've been coming here for a while now and the experience is pretty consistent. I ask for one burger with no pickle and mustard and one with everything on it and they always get that right. In the past I've had to fight with other McDonalds for them to get that right, but not this one. The food is always good which is why I always come back. They also always arrange their chicken nuggets neatly in the box. Such a small meaningless detail but for some reason I still appreciate it.
However, I highly recommend that you do not go inside to order or pick up food. Instead use the app to set up a curbside pickup or use the drive-through for best results with their service. You can also get that 20% off for all app orders which is even more incentive to not order inside.
I've only done this a couple times, but whenever I go inside there's nobody at the front desk. I had an experience where I used the app to set up a pickup order inside. I went in and grabbed my order from the pickup desk. They forgot my drink so I spent 5-10 minutes at the front desk waiting to be helped. Nobody came so I had to stop someone as they were walking by. They hand me a cup and I go to fill it with sweet tea, but they are out, so I spent another 5-10 minutes trying to get someone else's attention again because nobody came to help me at the desk. It just felt like everyone was focused on drive through and curbside dropoffs and there was 0 priority around helping people at the desk.

very inconsistent! one time it is good, the next it is a complete joke. order an apple pie...nope-we gave you a "holiday pie". Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit. biscuit is ROCK HARD, cheese is very dry and hard, egg ice cold???? #SMH this was an 730 AM drive thru order, breakfast should be decent during breakfast hours.
