store is a mess drink station has soda all over it bathroom is dirty fries under tables I. lobby and no customers in lobby kiosks say no coffee but they have coffee tables need wiped down badly like I don't even understand if they're this dead how is it this dirty inside

They... Apparently just never listen. Ordered a double with ketchup and onions.. Got one with everything.. Extra onions. Had to throw my lunch out because I can't eat it. No longer visiting this store as this is jot the first time this has happened.

They messed up our order not once but twice. And kept us waiting the second time over 30 mins to get our order they messed up on which was cold. I'll never in my life go to this McDonald's on east Eldo in Decatur IL again. Very poor service. Needs a new staff for sure.

Me and my crew came from another town about 30 minutes away, we were on the bust first worker say we can’t get in until about 615 or 630 we walk back up BLUE SHIRT I’m guessing a manager letting a worker in , she say we not opening this lobby we go ma’am we are on a bus can we please come in and get something to eat. SHE SAY NO WE ARE NOT OPEN AND SLAM THE DOOR. RUDE. Why does the web on google say open need to change please

Google won't stop bothering me about reviewing this McDonald's so here goes. It was McDonald's. I got a burger and some chicken nuggets. The food was good enough to eat. I don't remember how the service was which means it was probably the usual unenthusiastic but pleasant enough back and forth between me and the staff. I wasn't thrilled to be eating McDonald's, I probably didn't have time for anything else, they weren't thrilled to be working there, but they are probably are desperate for any job, so we're both settling for what we can get at the moment. I give three stars across the board for it and for a McDonald's that's five stars.

I ordered online and went inside to pick up my order. I informed the front desk clerk I had a mobile order and she said she couldn't find it. Another lady walks up name Katie and says do you have a code. I told her I don't and that they ask that all the time but I don't know why that is. Instead of her helping she said ā€œand we are going to continue to ask it each timeā€ with an attitude. I told her ā€œit’s fine I know thats their jobā€ . She said sure is and walked off saying Im not about to do this and kept saying smart comments. Two other workers noticed what happened and immediately apologized and asked can they help me, and asked can they see my phone and figure it out for me. Katie was soooo disrespectful for no reason. I’ve done customer service for 17 years of my life and I’ve never seen someone who never wanted to help their customers. If you’re having a bad day I understand but never take it out on your customers.
