Im a trucker & when I say I literally am going to every mcdonalds across the US, I mean it ?! I have been collecting the inside out toys and I only had 2 left to collect! Every Mcdonalds except one, have been without question absolutely rude & not helpful in the slightest. I was devastated but kept the fight. See I lost my child who absolutely loved inside out just as much as myself and well these toys just mean something to me! Anyways, my point, here in Illinois I asked a wonderful lady named Desire if she had my last 2toys. This woman without hearing my sob story literally went digging through a box and found them. I asked how I could have them, be it exchange for extra ones I still have or if she could hold them till I purchase a happy meal later etc whatever it took! She spoke to the manager and we came up with a solution ! I cried. Ya’ll I literally cried. Ms Desire you unquestionably filled my heart today and there r no words for your kindness and YOU ARE THE VERY TYPE PERSON THAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is made/explained from! May you be so blessed!

We pick up our granddaughter a couple times a month and she loves to stop at this McDonald’s on our way out of town. Tonight we ordered our food $30 worth and our phones started going off warning us of a tornado and storm warning so we sat down to wait it out and eat our food. The lights flickered as the storm moved in. Then the McDonald’s worker came and told us they were locking the doors and we had to leave. I explained there’s a tornado warning and it’s storming all she said was management says you have to leave. I know they could care less if we come back or not but we won’t be back. Thankfully Pilot next door was very accommodating.

The food seems to have gotten better, depending on which McDonald's Google Maps is wanting me to review. I'm just just trying to get extra points. The ice cream machine at the one at Pilot always works and the ice cream tastes good.
