The food seems to have gotten better, depending on which McDonald's Google Maps is wanting me to review. I'm just just trying to get extra points. The ice cream machine at the one at Pilot always works and the ice cream tastes good.

The restaurant was ok, a little disappointed how the burgers were tossed together and shoved in a bag, when i opened one up everything was on the side of the burger, in the wrapper.

Stopped on a long trip with little kids. They were polite. Clean. And the food was good. Much appreciated when traveling like we were. Not a huge McDonalds fan but pleased with this buisness

Ordered breakfast (2 egg/chs biscuits and 2 sausage McGriddles) before heading back to Chicago this morning. Got busy driving so I couldn't eat them right away and decided to save them for later. We get home and I opened up my McGriddles to warm them up and they were EMPTY!!THIS LOCATION JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE!!

The young man that was the manager doesn't know anything about customer service. I asked the young lady at the counter if we could get hotcakes and he said no because it just didn't want to do it. EVERY OTHER MCDONALDS IN THE AREA DOES IT.

First of all, I hate fast food. So for me to give 5 stars. It really does mean something. this was the friendliest McDonald's. I've ever been to In my entire life. Customer service was impeccable. they even serve me breakfast during lunch hour.As a truck driver, my time does not actually equal other people's time. So I appreciate it

Really I don’t expect a lot from you guys but 2 days in a row I stopped here for breakfast. Both times the hash browns were luke warm and greasy as hell at best. My breakfast burrito looked like someone sat on it. The lady behind my counter threw my bag up there and called my number. Stood there waiting on a coffee cup for about another 5 minutes then she had an attitude about it. Last time at this one.
This particular visit was better than normal. Fries were hot and crispy. Big macs were good. The deluxe chicken was ehhh.

Of all local McDonald's that I bounce between, this is by far, my preferred go to, even if it is a bit out of way most days. I have never had a bad experience here, but this mornings visit was particularly review worthy. I got there at 5 a.m., and the drive thru ladies, particularly Carol, were very courteous, friendly, and super fast getting my order out. Plus, my order was handed to me in a professional way. Bag neatly folded. Honestly, in today's rushed, sometimes stressed environment, you get so used to having your order shoved haphazardly out the window at you, sloppily packed, and marched on your way, that when you get REALLY good service, you tend to take extra notice. Excellent job, ladies!! Especially at 5 a.m., when most people are barely coherent. Lol
