Aside from an obnoxious wait time because they were busy I had a pizza that had seemed like broken down stone or sand on it. The full pizza wasn't contaminated. (I know they add cornmeal but this was beyond that) wasn't edible and they refused to do anything about it. Not supporting a place that isn't willing to work with customers to make everyone happy.

I try to go here every time I am back in Decatur. The pizza is still one of my favorites anywhere. It’s not fine dining, but it’s a really good pie. The staff is always nice as well.

Suffered a SEVERE panic attack in the lobby and not one person came to check on me the whole time. I could have been having a heart attack. The entire staff ignored a woman who was clearly in distress. I contacted corporate never heard back. Staff should have training.

Ordered 2 lg and one personal pizza to go. The thin crust bbq chicken pizza was our favorite! The deluxe and cheese got “just an ok” review from the adults and kids. The employees were very helpful and nice!

Ordered a 16" delight with breadsticks and monkey bread. Pizza was burnt and missing most of the toppings. Had a long hair perched on the end of one breadstick. When picked up manager was leaning on a table, munching chips in the food prep area.One of my worst dining experiences in recent history. Can't rate lowly enough.$60 and i felt nauseous by the end of it.
