Ordered a delight pizza via the app for take out. Arrived 5 minutes before the app said the pizza would be ready and it was already wrapped and ready to go. A couple minutes later I opened the foil and bag it was wrapped in and the crust on one side was soggy, like it had been in water. Unfortunately we were traveling on the interstate so I couldn't return it. The crust and flavor of the pizza, isn't as good as it use to be. We order this when traveling back to the area. The counter person gave me the plates and utensil as requested, I also asked for a couple for parmesean cheese packets and 1 red pepper, I received 10 or more of each. What a waste, hard to keep your costs down when you give away product that is usually thrown away.

Went here couple weeks ago and got the monkey bread. Was worth every cent. Everything was amazing, notably the sauce for the monkey bread. Twas an amazing experience that I would gladly do again. Hence, next time you visit I incline you to ask for extra special sauce for your monkey bread 10/10 would eat again. Why do they call it monkey bread tho.👁️👄👁️
Edit: I got told the employees can make the sauce. Even better 👌

Previous 5 start to a 1 star. We stopped in and the other 2 tables were already finishing up. We got 2 lasagna dishes and 1 sandwich. 10 minutes after receiving lasagna we had to ask for the bread. Half of one lasagna has non cooked noodles, they were extremely hard and crunchy, unedible. This was the 2nd sandwich- the first one wasn't brought because it was burned........ It took over 25 minutes to get this. Chloe never checked in, asked about refills, nothing. Previous regulars and we will never return to this location.

I am typically a Monicals lover, but the past 3 times haven’t been satisfactory from the one toward Forsyth. My past 3 deliveries over the last few months were an hour late and were missing items… not sure if management has changed or just simply not enough employees, but spending $50 on cardboard pizza, cold bread sticks, forgotten items (3 times), and an hour late delivery the past 2 times is not acceptable. I could’ve gotten some really good food for $50. I’ve given 3 chances now and will probably just take my pizza nights elsewhere sadly. Maybe I’m just getting the crazy nights, but with their prices take caution.
