JJ Fish & Chicken (Eldorado Street)

Our 1st time eating here ( the mall location ) the service was outstanding along with the food. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great food and even better service. The fried tomatoes were devine. Definitely gonna be a regular spot for us

When you order the fries with cheese ranch and lemon pepper seasoning you kind expect that not plain fries with the smallest thing of ketchup ever

I got 3 wings not 4. No fries. And i asked for no lemon pepper dust. And as you can see they messed that up entirely. Then i proceed to call and the girl gave me complete attitude. I would like a replacement at my convience please. My husband drove 14 minutes to get their he wasnt going to drive all the way back for their mess up and attitude. Lemon pepper on both plates and we asked for no dust specifically. Both meals ruined.

I called a placed an order. I went to pick it up they said they where closed a never got an order a that I called the wrong location which I had proof of the number an address I called. Horrible service an wasted my gas.

I arrived to pickup my Order n seen that there were 2 orders ready for pick up. I paid for my Order n a lady came in after me n a the young lady handed the lady her order. The young lady never even looked to see if the other order that was ready was for me. So I sat for 10-15 minutes waiting for my Order. While she talked to her coworker. Then One young lady goes to the restroom n the other starts talking on her Cell Phone. Never even checking the order in the window. The young lady comes out the restroom. She started talking to her coworker again. Then takes out her phone but realized I have not received my order. So when I get my ORDER the steam from the food had made the bag wet bc it has sat in the WINDOW So Long!!! My Order had been in the window before I arrived and the whole time I waited in the lobby. Customer Service Awful!!!!!

Amazing menu! There was so much I wanted to try I will just have to come back. The service was absolutely amazing, Joe was so personable and made sure the food was cooked perfectly and served hot and fresh. Liked the cute diner red chairs and checkerboard tablecloths.

The second JJ’s ive had… ATL being the first. Did not disappoint!!!! Catfish and the wings are a killer every single time!! Also surprised the prices were not crazy outrageous..

Catfish fillets, fried green tomatoes, and hush puppies were amazing! Then a nice surprise the nacho egg rolls and Cajun pickled jalapenos were a nice taste treat. Everything made fresh, so it took a few minutes but clean and such a pleasure to visit with one of the owners while we waited! Will be back out next visit to
