This place is AWFUL. If I could give it a 0 I would. Owner claims he is “just a server” and argues with the customers. We had a reservation for weeks and when we came they were not ready at all. We got sat in a back room with dirty tables, dirty menus, and dirty plates. No music, no ambiance, just a table in the room full of dirty glasses. I took the order and drinks for our own table. I spoke with the owner and he was aggressive towards me and grabbed the waitress on the arm. He was rude to her and to our entire table. The food came out wrong and no salads. Chicken was so rubbery, it was definitely microwaved. The owner, Tony or Antonio, was narcissistic and could not take blame for anything. He tried to push it on the employees that were being bullied by him! Don’t waste your time or money here!
The food was the worst Italian food I've ever had. Tasted frozen and barely heated up. Edible but barely. Cost is outrageous to portion size. No second visit for us.
I have eaten at many 5 star restaurants in large metro cities. I gotta tell ya, Napoli's has never missed the mark. I have ordered a different menu item every visit and it is beyond delicious every time. The service, staff food & chef all top notch!!!
Took my daughter and one of her friends to a late dinner last night. Food was excellent, service was excellent - was only sorry we were too full to try dessert! Nice restaurant with a neat atmosphere and beautiful decor. Also very close to campus and plenty of parking. Great option for a nicer restaurant to enjoy with your student when you come to town for a visit!
This place was amazing! The owner is so friendly! And the food was great. It reminds me of this Italian restaurant I visit in FL but I almost like this one better! And it’s very close to home which is a plus!
The owner Antonio and the staff were very friendly and inviting. The food was delicious, the rolls were outstanding, the wine was perfect. Definitely will be back. I would suggest if you haven't been there yet to go asap. Tony

By far, the best pizza I've ever had in Decatur. I've lived here 48 years.Update: The pizza started going downhill...very soggy. And they started charging for the bread. We haven't been back in at least six months. We probably won't go back

The food tasted very authentic like I was back in Italy. The service was very friendly and fast. I wished they had my dessert choice ready but alas they did not. So I chose another and it was good. Nice atmosphere as well. Finally another Italian restaurant option that is good in town! Lastly special shout out to Vito he was fabulous and was very good with my mother who is hard of hearing.
"This place was by far the worst Italian restaurant I have ever been to. The only thing worthwhile is the bread that they serve. I can guarantee you that the shrimp ravioli is just frozen and then boiled. And they put a sauce on it that has probably been in a pot since they opened in the morning. The shrimp still had their tails on them. Our son got the chicken fingers and french fries. Crazy that they didn't have ketchup. My fiancée was also very disgusted with her dish. Maybe I have been spoiled in St. Louis because we have The Hill. but I would recommend the owner or the cooks to take a trip and go to any restaurant in Saint Louis (The Hill) to see how it should be done at this price point. Don't even want to talk about the stuffed mushrooms, but also terrible. Very surprised this place even has any good reviews. Can honestly say this is worse than Fazoli's."
