Would be nice if I could get service instead of people walking in from street to pickup getting attention before I can even order. I didn't mind as much when someone waiting on order walked up inquiring where her order was. But wow I was not even acknowledged after waiting for the two in line got taken care of then two more ahead of me that should have waited their turn .

The food was very good, but the floor was filthy. The carpet is soo dirty. The seat in our booth had cracks in it and the table was dirty too. I think the whole place needs cleaned up and new carpet, tables and chairs.. I might also add alot of the light fixtures didn't have working bulbs.. Clean this place up..

super kind staff but i placed a mobile order and when i arrived was the only customer present, and the only customer on the big screen saying “preparing your order” - waited an additional 15 mins in person while 3 employees chit chatted behind the line. rushed out because i did not expect it to take that long and found that my “no peppers or onions” steak sandwich had both peppers and onions :|
if yall are gonna take forever making my $20 half sandwich and cup of mac, AT LEAST GET IT CORRECT PLEASE :,)

Wanted 6 bagels, waited 12-15 minutes for someone to come to the counter, although at least 5 staff persons had seen us, and I even asked them if they were open. Bagels were fine when we finally were able to purchase, took them home to slice, toast & eat.

Ours was one of the last orders of this Sunday night, September 7. The staff forgot about our beverages in our takeout order —we had to remind them. Then we got home, opened the bag, and HALF of our order was missing: $15+ of food!!

This particular Panera cannot seem to have a decent time frame nor order correct. I have had repeated problems with items forgotten and waiting more than 20 min from the expected pick up time. It’s unfortunate as it gives the rest of the Panera Bread a bad rap.

I had the Mexican ranch chicken salad and the avocado bly sandwich. I would say they were okay - not great and not bad.
Workers were very rude while I was only asking about a door dash order.. felt that was very disrespectful.. food was good tho.. I won’t lie about anything!!

The tuna fish bagel was excellent, but when asked for a side of tuna fish to go with it was told that it would be $9 for a side of tuna fish. The manager does not seem to know pricing for Panera I have called it into the office because I feel that maybe she was trying to take advantage.

Just left the one by Walmart in Decatur Illinois because the guy fixing the food had both his hands connected and sitting on the top of his dirty hat and was touching food, WHERE IS THESE MANAGERS AT they need to be paying attention to this mess.
