Trash as usual. Last three times my food has been horrible. Then on top of that they don’t answer the damn phone so you cant even talk to a manager or have the issue corrected. Management obviously doesn’t care about the quality of the food. They’re just there for the check🚮

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! 8 Years ago I originally gave this place a 5 star review. They had their own delivery that was good, the food was also good and customer service was good. Now within that time this place had gone downhill. I've ordered from them a few different times now this year and have had nothing but issues! They've always been busy which means the food is delayed (tonight it was a little over an hour late!), doesn't seem like they have their own drivers anymore as they constantly just use DoorDash to deliver (which I avoid anymore because I have almost nothing but issues with) and something is always wrong with the food! Tonight my wife's pizza was only cut in half, she got 4 olives (seriously, a whole 4 olives!) and the pepper they put in the box was on the pizza! When you call to talk to them they send you to a robot! Never again are we ordering from here!

We went on wacky Wednesday and took advantage of a large specialty pizza for only $11.00 with coupon. The pizza wasn't even as good as a Jacks frozen pizza. It had less toppings than a Jack's and was missing two ingredients. Sad to say they lost our business.🙁

I’m a fan of Papa John’s, love the crust, like the sauce, and the garlic butter is divine. With that being said, I have to say this is possibly the worst Papa John’s pizza I’ve ever purchased . It’s not a complicated pizza, it was a beef and bacon pizza on original crust. When I got it home, I live a half mile away, the crust was so crispy that it would shatter when you attempted to bite it or break it. Not to mention it was nearly flat like it hadn’t risen. This was very disappointing, especially since this was my first visit to the Decatur store.

Got a large pizza today there was a big portion with no cheese how do u forget the cheese walked in to get it there was nobody in view except a baby on the counter I ordered original crust it definitely was super thin this store needs folks who wanna work might get more business will never return here

Ordered pizza waited two hours still did not get it was the shirt it was being delivered. Was told they would give me my money back, but I could never connect with a manager or the store I will never ever ever ever ever order from them again even though your food is great but they suck in Decatur thank you

Just delivered pizzas I didn't even order and never answered the phone when I called back to have them correct it. Had to drive all the way there to get it corrected. Recommend if your going to purchase, go there to get it, waste of time on delivery. But maybe it's a common problem in Decatur with some of the restaurants here. Same problem with multiple places. First time experience a city where it's this common.

I order the 2 for $6.99 ea special. The Philly cheesesteak papadilla I ordered had very little meat or toppings in it. I had mostly flat bread. I Had not ordered from Papa Johns in a very long time and was so looking forward to the papadilla but was very disappointed.
This place has gone down hill since using door dash. I paid for the things that weren't delivered and the manager said he can't do anything about my missing items. Every form of management on here refused to redeliver my food right or give me a refud. The manager at this store was rude as hell and after this experience I will never eat here again!!!!! STOP USING DOOR DASH!!!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience at this Papa John’s location. Our order was transferred to DoorDash without notice, and instead of handing us the food as requested, it was left on the ground—not even at our door. The pizzas had minimal cheese (even the half-cheese one had toppings in the wrong place), and the boneless wings were barely sauced.
We called to resolve the issue but waited over 10 minutes with no answer, so we drove to the store. When we arrived, the manager had to be called in from outside—she was sitting in a car with someone else. She offered to remake the food and said she would refund the order. I paid with Apple Pay via my USAA card, which typically alerts me to refunds immediately. Despite being there for over 20 minutes, no refund notification came through.
She reassured me that it had been processed, but by the next morning, not only was the refund still missing—there was an additional unauthorized charge from the store. This was unacceptable and feels like a complete violation of trust. I do not recommend this location at all.

Seen workers in the parkinglot smoking weed. I came to get my order that I had called 30 minutes before I came . They had not even started my order and the whole store smelled like weed. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. Was not happy and never been back.
