Worst made and tasting pizza I’ve had in awhile. I loved papa John’s but no longer will buy from here again.
I was at PJs twice to pick up online orders. Long waits after arrival for both. 1st I waited about 15 minutes 2nd time almost 30. That being said the staff were friendly and the pizza good. I especially enjoyed the seasoning on the crust. I was surprised because I really do not like pizza.Parking: Lot is a bit dark at night but small enough and close enough to feel safe

Went to the store and they told me they didn't have the order even though I had an order number. They said "There's nothing we can do." No offer to make it right AND I had to go to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Unacceptable!

Good pizza got everything right with the order just had to wait a little bit longer , Lack of help.Parking: My wife is handicapped and has a placker and a plate , And people that are not handicapped tend to park in the handicap , And the parking lot has pot holes in it along with asphalt and gravel.

It’s not good when you have delivery drivers forgot part of your order. And then it takes over a couple of hours to receive what was missing after calling and asking to make sure that what ever is missing is gonna be coming…. Horrible customer service!

Worst food I had ever. They don't follow any hygiene rules, they were eating at the same time during making my pizza, they never wash there hand . Moreover, the pizza was too bad ?, I spent 27 $ for just 1 medium pizza , it's too expensive. I never had so expensive and worst pizza in my life. Never going to buy pizza from any papa Johns .

I ordered 2 New York style pizzas. Jacks pizza would look more appealing than this… I also ordered boneless wings at the same time online. I get the confirmation email.I get there and they only had the pizzas so I had to order and wait for the wings . This whole order was a mess!

Ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza I live too far for delivery so I always try and catch someone coming out to my house to bring it I got the pizza thick crust with pepperoni hardly any cheese it looked nasty and the neighbors said it tasted nasty (I didn't eat it)I called and talked to manager they told me I would get a free pizza next time.... I called and ordered 2 pizza's and explained about the free pizza they told me 20.? I paid over the phone my son in law went to pick them up they tried to give us 1 pizza I called and ask to talk to manager wow talk about bad costumer service this woman was the absolute worse she really enjoyed arguing with me she was so very rude I WILL NEVER GO BACK I HOPE THEY CLOSE DOWN!

I ordered nacho cheese dipping sauce for the most boring bland breadsticks and got tomato instead and mushrooms on half the pizza and there was pieces on the whole thing. Not impressed!
