They are only getting a 4 star review because last time I went they had only given me one melt and didn't fix the issue the next day. Days later I ordered food online the lady asked about a tip and seemed disappointed when I said no. I'm not going to ever tip unless it's a delivery or a sit down restaurant.

The food was ice cold. Toppings on half the pizza the handtoss was bubbled up. Your employees had horrible attitudes and were very nasty. When I tried to explain the toppings were wrong they told me I was trying to SCAM them. Are you kidding? Never again.

"extra" pepperoni hardly has any on it. And they don't even use their own delivery drivers anymore so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. This is exactly why I don't order from doordash.

The last two times I have ordered the pasta that comes with breadsticks, they have forgotten the breadsticks. Are your employees not aware this is included or what? And when I call customer service they're trying to tell me they can't deliver just breadsticks because they're not over a certain amount?? Ma'am what?? I already paid for them.

Pizza is always made to my exact specifications and the bread sticks are perfectly fluffy and seasoned!!
I get takeout from here often and the staff is always super friendly and the pizza is great as well.
