I just had the worst experience I ever had with Pizza Hut. I ordered the delivery and when I got my pizza and I looked at it, it was hard the pepperonis were crunched up even though I ordered the regular pepperonis it tasted so dry, I'm not sure sure if it had been under a sun lamp for an hour or they just overcooked the whole pizza it's very very dry the only good thing I can say is that is the chess breadsticks and they were nicely done but everything else it was just terrible.

They wouldn’t even try to get through my call filtering by saying why they were calling so they could let me know my pizza was cancelled. I waited over an hour an a half with no answer, no response, and no communication. This WAS my favorite pizza place.

We had a horrible experience at a store in Springfield. It left such an impression on us, we were scared to eat Pizza Hut. On a whim, we ordered from this Pizza Hut, and boy are we glad we did! Everything was cook to perfection and looked fantastic! Service was great! You could really see how much the employee cared for his job. I will gladly drive the 45 minutes to treat my family and myself to your food. Thank you

They are only getting a 4 star review because last time I went they had only given me one melt and didn't fix the issue the next day. Days later I ordered food online the lady asked about a tip and seemed disappointed when I said no. I'm not going to ever tip unless it's a delivery or a sit down restaurant.

The food was ice cold. Toppings on half the pizza the handtoss was bubbled up. Your employees had horrible attitudes and were very nasty. When I tried to explain the toppings were wrong they told me I was trying to SCAM them. Are you kidding? Never again.
The 1st order was burnt and didn't have the pork topping 2nd try was not burnt but still no pork topping and just tasted off
