We had a horrible experience at a store in Springfield. It left such an impression on us, we were scared to eat Pizza Hut. On a whim, we ordered from this Pizza Hut, and boy are we glad we did! Everything was cook to perfection and looked fantastic! Service was great! You could really see how much the employee cared for his job. I will gladly drive the 45 minutes to treat my family and myself to your food. Thank you

They are only getting a 4 star review because last time I went they had only given me one melt and didn't fix the issue the next day. Days later I ordered food online the lady asked about a tip and seemed disappointed when I said no. I'm not going to ever tip unless it's a delivery or a sit down restaurant.

We were working in Decatur delivering for a service when we ordered. Food was done quick, tasted great, we ordered sodas, which was my only complaint (the app only allowed us to choose Pepsi as our soda, I am unable to drink that).
