3/7/25 Went thru the drive thru, order was wrong. I went inside and witnessed 2 employee's arguing, with foul language while kids were present. Then 2 employee's walked out of the store while a line of customers were present. 2 customers came in and started taking orders to the cars waiting in the drive thru. When I got my order, the mac was old and cold, the fries and chicken were ok. The pie had a raw flour coating. I feel the employee's are only as good as the management is. DO BETTER POPEYE'S!!

Terrible meal and service. Did not get what we ordered and paid for. Quality of the food was terrible. They served us the wrong size sides, got small instead of large. Got regular instead of spicy that we asked for. Rice was completely dried up and HARD. We waited a long time and paid a lot of money for this terrible food and service. Close the whole place down again!

I know it’s fast food but my god 30 min for a meal not during rush and it’s all undercooked and raw is depressing. Horrible service horrible food :(

Possibly the worst service in decatur our attendant could not be bothered to get off her phone to take our order loudly checking a link card balance on speaker phone. Everything was sticky food order was wrong twice ended up throwing away and leaving

If I could give it zero I would. Worst service, took over 40 minutes for my order and then it was missing items. Got attitude and a not my problem from behind the counter. I get why they had closed down before, I will never go back!

I ordered food on doordash, boneless wings and cajun fries.. My dasher gets to the restaurant and tells the dasher that they are out of everything but mashed potatoes.. my issue wasn't that I didn't get my food or it was bad, my issue is, why are you gonna stay open on DoorDash when all you have available is mashed potatoes... So the restaurant wasted my time and having my Dashers time waiting in line only to be told that they're out of everything but mashed potatoes... If you're out of almost everything close your store on doordash, so you don't waste other people's time and money!!!

Ordered 2 PC chicken dinners,abreast and wing,and when I got home we had a thigh and wing, the French fries were old and cold and put in a plain paper sack! And this isn't the 1st this has happened. Gave them another chance and now I won't be going back! If you can't tell the difference between a breast and thigh...somethings wrong!

This was the worst popeyes I’ve ever been to. Customer service is terrible, they don’t care if they got your order right at all. I honestly don’t even know why they opened back up. Piss poor excuse for popeyes let alone a restaurant at that. Fire the entire staff and start from scratch.
Shut it down or change the business hours!! This store is never open until after 1pm so you can literally drive to Springfield and get your food and they probably still wouldn't be open!

It's a crap shoot every time you come to this Popeye's. Sometimes you get the food you ordered, sometimes you don't. Sometimes the food is good (hot/fresh) , sometimes it isn't. Sometimes you get your food quickly, sometimes you have to wait a long, long time for your food. And, don't even bother asking for butter for your biscuit.

Did an online order that they couldn't find even though I had the online receipt in my email box. Then my apple pies were not ready and other food got cold. This Decatur Illinois store was just recently reopened and will probably close down again. Too bad corporate do it want care be about their stores enough to hire CVV competent people
