People go there to get drunk and they do not play the machines and management allows it and doesn't do anything when they get drunk and start bothering customers playing the machines.

First visit ever went to the Ruby’s in Wood River walked up to the machine inserted $20 didn’t even spin machine froze - they had to call a tech to come and fix it. No petty cash to give you your money back you are just stuck - I had gone there to kill time waiting for my dogs to be groomed - I got the call they were ready so I went to pick up my dogs from the groomer around the corner and back, still waiting for the tech - it’s hot as heck outside but no pets inside even though it’s not posted - it’s blazing hot outside and I am waiting on THEM to refund my money - so we had to stand outside in the heat to wait to get refunded - never going back ever - clearly they don’t give a 💩 about their customers
Unless you have all day - don’t go - oh And extra money to stand around on
