Slowest service EVER. Food takes FOREVER. This is a review after multiple visits in a row from my family and our friends and their families. Poor service, no refills. Waited forever for drinks after getting rolls with no butter when seated. All 3 steaks were overcooked (no way was I saying anything that would delay our exit) I had to flag the manager so we could pay our bill, couldn’t even use the self service tablet on the table. Place wasn’t even packed…..at all. Now I know why! Won’t be back to this location. What a nightmare.

Ordered a filet medium rare with ribs and a 14 oz ribeye medium rare. Both came out medium well and ribs were extremely dry. Server checked that it wasnt her mistake placing the order (she was great) and notified the manager who never came to talk with our table and only provided a 10% discount off the bill. Horrible customer service for a steak restaurant!!!!

I went there with some family and friends it wasn't that bad when I went there however during some times there can be a bit of a wait. Our server was very polite and the food was delicious. (Also I have a family memberwho works here)

We've been here many times and for the most part never had a bad time. Tonight however, the food was especially good, and our server Brandon, he was great. The world needs more people like him. I had the 10 oz ribeye steak with grilled shrimp on the side, loaded potato, and corn. The steak was perfectly cooked to medium. Can't wait to go back. Gonna try the ribs add-on next. It is pretty expensive though.
