I think the management must have sucked because there was no reason to close this Sonic. There was always a line.
I watch the order windows slowly start getting broken and vandalized and never repaired and replaced. It was incredibly sad. I hate to see this place go.

I have been to other sonics, when you order the strawberry lemonade you get big pieces of strawberry and lemons, the one in Decatur doesn't put it in the drink, I ask for strawberries and lemons, the girl said she put it in my drink only for me to pull away opened my drink and it was watered down and I found a few little pieces of strawberries when I stirred it, it was bad so I just threw it out. So they get a 1 star. I hate being lied to. I don't go in and complain because you can't see them make your order, I'm good!! And $6.00 for a drink that I dumped out really did not make me happy

I ordered corn dogs and they weren't very fresh and workers were not very friendly. Don't recommend this place at all.
Just went in to get a replacement meal and oder again they took over 30 minutes to get my food, they brought me wrong food first won't go back again,however the young lady running the front was very polite and understanding I even gave her advice on where to find a better job...oh and management was very rude not that she even enteracted with me just yelled from behind door....

Employee nice friendly. Food cold to much mayo slapped on chicken that wouldn't stay together. Rings cold mostly hard.... They fill the cup up with all ice hardly any drink. Good thing I guess u get a refill... Pop was flat first and last time there. Springfield Sonics ? better.

The store its self is dirty inside and the employees were all in the kitchen joking being sooo loud they didnt even know i was there i waited 19 min before they noticed me then waited forever to get my food and it was sooooo nasty i threw it away i will never go back here
