Why can’t they make tea that tastes the same in the morning that it does in the afternoon. Paying $3.56 for a sweet tea that tastes like unsweet tea is ridiculous.

The manager the night of September 28,2023 was rude when I told her the food that I got was wrong and then was told what i paid for wasn’t available. As I requested that we either get our correct food or money back the manager got a attitude from hell. The kitchen cook was kind and actually cared about what we got. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went thru the drive up to get some peach tea. There wasn't anyone ahead of me so I thought it would be fairly quick. It still took over 5 minutes, but the server was friendly and the tea was good.

Took over 30 minutes to get our food. As we ordered thru drive thru we had to repeat our order serval times as the girl could not hear what we ordered. When we finally got to the window to pay, the music from inside was so loud you could hear it over our radio in our vehicle. NO WONDER SHE COULDNT HEAR OUR ORDER!!As we are waiting to receive our food after paying, 10 minutes later she handed us our food and only 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered. We asked her for our other drink, it took another 5 minutes to get that.WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICEWe will take our business elsewhere going forwardSad to say as sonic is one of our go to's
