I typically have good luck at this location, but I purchased a venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso recently and was very disappointed. The cup was completely full of ice. I got 5 drinks of coffee out of a venti drink.

We frequent this Starbucks often. Everyone that works for this establishment are so welcoming and kind and I have never received the wrong drink!! I once was assistant manager at a Starbucks and trust me when I say it is alot of memorizing and movement all shift long and so many others things. They just do an amazing job.

I've been to a lot of Starbucks, but this one is the best in the country. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond. I sat and worked on my laptop for a while and noticed the staff calling patrons by their name. Was a pleasure to visit. Thank you!

Service is usually friendly, as with most SB, speed of service is fairly slow. The kicker here is the absolutely disgusting state of the dining area. Every table is dirty. Random trash, dirt, and other debris litter the floor. Usually use the drive through at this location, but the last two visits to the lobby have left me utterly disappointed. 9 employees working, 5 cars in drive through, and 3 patrons in the dining area. Seems like enough man power for spot cleaning at the least.
