Rude and entitled workers and clearly management is the same way. Would recommend going anywhere else for your coffee.

I'm not sure what other people are saying with it being slow, we got out drinks in 2 minutes. The drinks were great, the people were very nice and it was a very chill atmosphere.

Our order was great and we were a little past 6 on Thursday and the girl still gave us the BOGO because I didn’t realize it ended at 6. Our drinks were great.

This was my first visit here and it was great. The lavender matcha was excellent. The service at the drive through was fast and very friendly. We'll be back.

This is the slowest Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. The product is fine, but don’t come though unless you’re prepared to spend 15-20 minutes in the drive thru.

I've been here a few times since they opened not long ago. First two times were great, but today the service was very very bad. Maybe it's because it was Easter and they want to be home with family, or maybe they were feeling bored because of how slow it was, but I just want to call out this bad experience and hope it gets better the next time. They are still new.We walk in and there isn't any line, and there's only one person in the drive through, but it takes about five minutes before anyone helps us. It kinda felt like we were being ignored because there were plenty of workers around that just weren't talking to us, plus a handful of them talking in the back. We were on the verge of leaving when someone finally came up from the back room to ask if we've been helped.Then I go to order my drink, but the girl helping me doesn't know what drink I'm talking about. She's probably new and I don't want to dog her too much for not knowing, but she should have had someone helping her if she was still in training.Then I sit down and the tables are very dirty. I get my elbows covered in gunk before I notice it. The drinks come up very fast, which I was grateful for, but they didn't give me straws so I had to get their attention and ask for them.One of the drinks I got was wrong, but it didn't taste bad and I was just too ready to leave by that point so we just went with it. When I got home I also noticed there was a bright dyed red hair stuck to the cup, which was a little gross.But this was just one very bad experience. I've been here a few times and it's been great otherwise.

I am always greeted with a smile and wonderful service. Even when it's packed, the staff keeps things moving and makes sure everyone gets what they need.
Everyone is so kind and professional, I'm always greeted with a smile. And they all are real STARbucks in my eyes!
Wonderful and friendly staff. This Starbucks has to be my favorite of all time! The staff is always smiling and willing to help! I don’t know how many times I’ve went to the drive through dumb founded by the options. I then ask the barista for their favorite drink. They never disappoint!!
