We waited 30 min for 3 shakes!!!!!! They only had 3 employees working. The older gentleman in the kitchen was running his rear off!!!!!

Placed an online order at this location for $75 and upon arriving for pickup i was told that they were closing and wouldn't make my order. It was 9pm but they are open til 12 midnight. When I asked about my refund they said they couldn't help me and that I would need to speak to the main.manager Carol because Lana the manager on duty couldn't do it. Closing 3 hours early, not making orders but your system accepted it, manager on site can't do a refund? Seems this location has more than a few problems. Just want my $75 back for services not rendered. It's already been 12 hrs and still can't get my money back.

I’m not gonna lie. The food was awful. I was so disappointed to eat here. I remember eating Steak ‘n Shake growing up and being excited to eat there, especially after seeing a movie. . . now id rather eat the popcorn off the floor of the movie theater. It was so gross. Burgers were dry, bacon was flimsy and limp, chicken strips were over cooked and flavorless. The only thing I’d recommend is a milkshake. It was $70+ for my family, which is ridiculous.

They don't serve bowls of chili anymore and I didn't get any oyster crackers with my chili or a spoon .....wasn't real happy about that

Not as good as it used to be. Good shakes, but I don't like the wide straws for them. Excellent French fries. I miss the wait staff and China dishes, as well as a glass of water and malts.

Although they now use a kiosk for ordering and you pick up your food at the counter ( no wait staff) which makes it very impersonal...the food us still good and not bad prices

We ordered and they decided to not make it and do all the other orders before when we were ordered ours first and no one help us and the place STANK of a spice dirty smell

Rude employees did not make the order right? The only plus side was it was hot.
Buyer beware. went here at 10:30Pm and person who took the order was incredibly rude. We got to the window and he handed our order to the person that was in front of us. at this point the lady that got our order was behind us and she got out of her car and tried to hand the drive through worker our order and he told her to hand it to us. We asked him to remake it . The man refused to remake anything other than the fries and tried to convince us it would be fine. At this point we asked for a refund and he gave us more attitude. And huffed off to get the manager. They issued the refund and the manager offered to remake it we said okay.. They bring out the order and it was warm but then got our drinks wrong and we looked at the receipt and of course the drive through guy messed that up as well and gave a sweet tea instead of unsweet tea. I will never go back to this location and I hope all who reads this also rethink coming here. The only good thing I have to say was the manager was kind and helpful but that does that does not redeem the absolute incompetentce and attitude of the guy taking orders. Just because he would eat out of the trash that does not mean I would.
