Waited for god knows how long in the drive through. No one answered I heard the click of the mic being turned on and still nothing was said. When I went into the store i saw at least 4 people in the back of the store. It took them a couple minutes to get done with the guys order in front of me.They then proceeded to ring my order up wrong.

I visit this location on a weekly basis simply because of its convenient location. The drivethru rarely has someone staffing it and I constantly wait 10+ minutes before someone addresses me at the speaker. I’ve started going in instead. Staff frequently acts unprofessional behind the counter with multiple instances of cursing at each other, speaking poorly of customers who just left, and refusing to fix an incorrect order. I went inside the store after waiting endlessly at drivethru yet again today and there was a staff member sitting outside with the drivethru headset loose around her neck while she played on her phone during break. This location would improve drastically if it had more professional service! I will continue to return though and suffer through the drivethru for that chicken garlic sandwich.

Place sucks, drive thru is never opened, inside has a dead atmosphere with no one in a hurry to get subs out. Workers look like they’re cracked out. Joke of an establishment. Needs to be checked by department of health

I will never return here I would like a regional manager to contact me
I came in today waited 20 mins both employees were outside chatting a lady in drive thru sat there for at least 15 mins or more no employees in store at all.. when employees came in she said I don’t why ppl just sit here waiting when we are not in here
The store is filthy layers of dust above the bar where food is prepared… if I was a manager I’d fire everyone… I manage a business and this is unacceptable
Your employees don’t my wanna work obviously and your reviews show that your store has problems
