We visited here this evening after an attempt to place our order at the Pershing location left us angry & sour, thanks to a very hostile, rude employee. We were waited on by a lovely gal named Vanessa who made our sandwiches perfectly, and was incredibly warm and gracious. The employees at each location were like night and day...or Jekyll & Hyde I should say. The store was very clean. This will be our only location from now on. Vanessa & Lisa are two of the best, most friendly and professional employees Subway has to offer. Samantha, from Subway on Pershing? You really need an attitude adjustment. You're of no benefit to the company after what I witnessed this evening.

Very very poor service. They talk to customers very poorly and rude. They have their kids at the tables while they are working on tablets and there is no where to seat

Made a order from the subway app. After my dd waiting there for a bit for the food all the sudden it was cancelled/voided. Tried to call but it's a dead phone number. Bad service. No explanation or call or anything. Don't waste your time with this store.

The Woman that works there takes entirely too long to make sandwiches I was in line for 30 min. for 4 people standing in line. RIDICULOUS. the lady acts like she cant stand her job either & also I feel like tries to take as long as she can so that people will walk out so that she doesn't have to serve them! she works in a hospital most of these nurses cnas and staff members only have a certain amount of time for lunch & if you decide on subway you will waste your whole lunch break there waiting.

Absolutely disgusted by the service and food I received today. I watched the little girl working start restocking items on the veggie side, to the point where her gloves were dripping in juices and had food all over them. She then proceeded to touch multiple objects in the store (containers, handles, oven, etc), before finally using her disgusting gloves to wrap her hands around my sandwich before I could say a word. When I complained about it while paying, she copped a big attitude and proceeded to say it's no big deal while mocking me to her coworkers. I've worked in the food service for 10 years, and am appalled that any food employee would think it's okay to never change gloves, or to act that way towards a customer. Complaints were made to corporate and to the Macon County Health Dept. I absolutely will never be back to this location, which is unfortunate since I work in the hospital. Severely disappointed.
