My husband went this morning for carry out. His English is not perfect and the woman attending him told him she wouldn't help him because she couldn't understand him. She said" If you don't speak English I can't help you so leave". She left him and another woman working there came out and finished helping him. He was about to call the police. Needless to say we won't be going back

The food was amazing but service was absolutely horrible. The lady that took my order and rang me up (Lisa) was incredibly rude to me and my mother. She was constantly huffing and puffing as if her doing her JOB was such an inconvenience. She kept getting snarky with me whenever I asked her to repeat herself because they were busy and I couldn't hear her that well. Her attitude came from a dumpster fire and it was very uncalled for.

Given several locations in the Decatur/Forsyth/Mt Zion area, this, along with Forsyth is our preferred. The older woman with dark hair and glasses we typically see working is extremely polite, and very precise and careful in how she makes our sandwiches. The restaurant is clean, and most importantly, they keep the containers covered, so flies don't do their business on the food like you see in some other Subways. I used to work for Subway, and that is my ultimate pet peeve. Uncovered containers. It shows laziness, and very bad hygiene. No one wants to eat something flies have been swarming on. Maybe that's why the one on Mound rd has always made me sick after eating. I've learned to avoid that one despite them being right down the road.

The grandma's behind the counter was yelling at the customers when we walked in over a coupon. All 3 subs wasn't toasted and made wrong. FYI if you get irritated with customers over coupons don't accept them! Ordered online still had issues!

I had such a great experience at this subway the sandwich artist name is Lisa! Although she was working by herself at a busy moment she went above and beyond for me! She was so friendly and kind and our sandwiches were amazing!! Thank you Lisa and she definitely deserves a raise!
