I was lucky enough to have a friend visit from out of town so we chose The Establishment as our place to dine. We had a late lunch and there were not many people but we were promptly seated and the owner Mr Durbin took our food and drink orders! He assured us that the food would be great and his wife is actually the chef! My friend had French onion soup and a BLT sandwich with a side of hand cut chips, I tried the taco salad. Both were excellent and yes we would go back again!

This place is absolutely amazing! We had shrimp cocktail and bacon wrapped jalapenos for appetizers,they were phenomenal. I got the ribeye with mashed potatoes and southern green beans my husband got cheesy stuffed spinach chicken.. again phenomenal! Highly recommend this place if you haven't been! Also wanted to give a shout out to our waitress, Heather she was amazing

My husband suggested we celebrate our anniversary at The Establishment after a great experience there for burgers and drinks with the guys. He’d had an awesome meal, enjoyed the friendly staff, was super impressed with Bull the bartender’s skills and really wanted to try the rest of the dinner menu. Our anniversary dinner was another 5 star experience! The bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapeños were an incredible start. My filet & my husband’s pork chop were both cooked to perfection and so tasty, as were all the sides. My husband said his Old Fashioned was the best he’s ever had and then we ended with Bull’s “Payday” shot - which was quite a delicious little sweet treat! The service and atmosphere were top notch, too. I’d highly recommend The Establishment for a special dining experience.

Had a reservation at 7, and came in around 630 for drinks at the bar and wow wow wow. Bull made the absolute best mixed drinks and shots I’d ever had. Food was fabulous. Service was quick. So sad to see it was pretty empty on a Saturday night. I hope they can get more staff and more customers because The Establishment is a great time! Beautiful atmosphere, great drinks and food. Just a great first experience here. Will definitely spread the word! This place should be packed on the weekends!

Dinner was amazing! Waitress offered the cheesy spinach chicken it was delicious. We both got the tea cup specials and they did not disappoint. My date got sriracha chicken and i couldn’t decide which i liked more. Wonderful service, we will be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed the food! Cheese squares and bacon wrapped jalapeño appetizers were delicious. Highly recommend the cheesy spinach stuffed chicken breast. Probably the best chicken breast I’ve ever had! Cotton candy cheesecake was fun and tasted great. Wide cocktail selection. Great service as well!

Went for lunch on a busy weekend. Good service. Was told it would have a 1920s feel but didn’t get any kind of vibes from going in the day time (no music on or anything.) Got a burger and fries and both were great! Will definitely be back!

We had dinner at the Establishment Saturday night. There wasn't enough waiter's/waitresses, and we had a good one, but she was overwhelmed. My wife got the flapper and said it was pretty good. I ordered the filet and it was cooked perfectly, but was a poor cut of meat. It was very tough.

Waited almost an hour to be served our APPETIZER which turned out to be raw mushrooms. Several other guests around us were also actively growing tired of waiting for their food. When the food that we waited about an hour for arrived raw, we felt we had experienced enough of The Establishment. I showed our waitress the quality, she also showed what I assume was the manager and I explained that we wouldn't be joining them for the rest of the evening and would take the check for our drinks. While this drama unfolded, a table that was next to us also expressed thier own dismay. The waitress graciously removed the meal from our ticket and I reluctantly paid for our drinks and concluded our time there. I should note as we were leaving they finally brought our food to the table and we immediately just boxed it up and left. I plan on giving it to our patiently waiting dog at homeApart from the food, something needs to be said about the restaurant decor. The floor plan seems very bizarre to us, it doesn't feel like an upscale restaurant at all. It feels like you are walking into a doctored up steak and shake. The bar even has the same shape as the steak and shake counter. There's also a half height wall at the rear of the restaurant where the "kitchen" is (also just like steak and shake). We weren't quite sure what aesthetic they were shooting for. We walked in with the impression that it would have a quasi-1920s feel due to their drinks menu, but alas we were wrong.After reading the negative reviews, there seems to be a trend forming here. Perhaps the restaurant should consider hiring a new head chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
