I have never had poor service like I had tonight 1 hour 10 minutes for chicken stripe and 10 wings also cold tater tots and the staff thought nothing about it said they had a big to go order so they put us off for it.shame on you wagon ever person I talk to ill say stay away from there

We don't go out a lot, and decided to give them a try tonight. My son and I had cat fish and absolutely loved it. My husband and stepdaughter had horseshoes and loved them. My stepson had chicken fingers, he said they were cooked longer than he liked. They loved the waffle fries and mozzarella sticks. I absolutely loved the mushrooms. The staff was polite and on task. I don't know the gentleman's name who served the food, but he was so polite.

My family stopped by The Wagon during their peak dinner time rush on a Friday night, and we were once again impressed! The food was delicious! My son had the chicken fingers with french fries, and it was all hot and crispy. I enjoyed a huge chef's salad piled high with the ham, bacon and turkey plus veggies, cheese and croutons. The salad was so large I could take a big portion home. We were also impressed by the hustle from ALL of the workers! The waitresses, food runners, bartenders, and bussers were all working hard, yet efficiently. There are many reasons to visit The Wagon....what are you waiting for?

Basically told me they Stop serving chicken at 1 because the stop serving it at 1:30 too lazy…more of WEIRD Decatur.. place won’t ever grow because of places like this, and it’s not even the place it’s the people.

1st time there. The food was wonderful. Definitely returning. Normally we don't do appetizers or desert, but it was my husband's birthday. Loved every moment there.

Was seated at 530pm. Placed the order at 540 drinks were brought to the table at 550. One hr later still waiting on food. There was plenty of help in the kitchen and no apologies from the waiter on the delay. Use to be a half way decent place to eat. Will not be going back again.

The service was very good and friendly. I ordered the fried chicken since I heard it was delicious and it did not disappoint! The chicken was not dried out, but was very juicy. The chicken was not too darkly fried.
