We ordered food at 12:45 pm. Finally got it at 1:00, and I immediately took the burgers back up to the counter because they were stone cold and made wrong. Didn’t get our replacements until 1:30. I watched people walk in, order, pay, eat, and leave before they decided to replace the burgers. I understand they had a lunch rush but that was ridiculous.

Slowest Wendys I have ever been to! Get rid of this crew and start from scratch before they ruin your business! Prepare to wait at least 10-15 mins and thats with only one car in front of you, add 5 more mins per car ahead of you, this place is a joke! 3rd try Ive given them. I wont be returning

We stopped in for lunch. The service was extremely slow. Food was cold for the long wait, why?

They need a separate mobile order and front counter service. The one person taking orders, putting orders together, and doing mobile orders was just not efficient.

If I order a burger I would like the meat cooked and hot, the meat was as cold as my tomatoes and lettuse.

My drink was excellent oh yes I got that myself.....

Lady who took my order was nice but they lost the cheeseburger that was supposed to go in my cheeseburger meal and manager refused to give me one

When I pulled up at 6:57 there were two employees standing outside smoking and talking to someone in a car. I ordered , and NO WAY by the time he took my order and reentered the building he washed his hands. When he took my card from me and under his nails were FILTHY! Today was my last time eating at Wendy’s. They’re supposed to open at 6a. But normally they don’t open until 7a on the weekdays. Don’t apply for the job if you aren’t going to put the work in. Cleanliness around food should be required.

Totally unacceptable on the hotest day of the day they have no ac. Which is a lot they just don't want to pay for electricity. They should be closed. Reporting this to the police for being a hazard can cause a fire anytime

Kia, not sure if the spelling is right. 2nd shift girl. She is the sweetest, literally. Handled her crew and gives the best service and tries to do it at a great pace. Apologetic when they are having issues or out of things! The best hands down, hope her boss sees this and she gets a raise❤️
