Used to love this place but the quality has been going downhill. Today I found a pink/purple hair in my soup. Cannot possibly continue to support or recommend them anymore.

Only reason I don’t give it a 5 is because there has been a couple times where my order was supposed to be ready for take out and I had to wait 20 minutes for it. I come during my lunch hour so that’s a good half hour waisted because of the delay and then I just have 30 mins or less to shove the food basically. The workers seemed to be working pretty fast so I think it may be a short staffed issue.

FIVE STARS!! Visiting from the city .. I saw soup salad sandwich and I was sold! I came in and Armondo helped me decide what to get! I was soo impressed! He told me I could try any soup I wanted! Instantly I was excited!! I tried the Lobster Bisque AMAZING! Then followed up with Chicken Noodle they both were absolutely delicious! Because I’m only in the area weekly, I took a lobster bisque to go! I ordered Chicken noodle soup and Armondo made me thee best Italian club sandwich! The service was amazing! I stayed and dined in! I also took advantage of the chocolate covered strawberries it was Valentines Day so I treated myself! I def will be back! Thanks for the amazing service and food!

Some of the soup is still good but some have become watery. Their bread rolls make me sad. Just use French bread or something of the sort.

Above and beyond! Did a catering order for small office. Zupas on Deerfield was able to accommodate and promptly have our order ready! Beautifully packed lunch boxes had a great portion. Zupas has a nice modern decor with good seating. They have lots of tables and booths as well as outside seating. The location is nice to walk around and next to a fountain. The food was very good. My husband whose a little picky said he would like to come back next week. I like that we got bread and a little desert with our soups and salads. Everything was pleasant except for the older women sitting at tables playing cards. We came on a Tuesday afternoon and there were four tables of older women and they were staring, constantly giving us looks throughout our 30mins of being there. My husband and I are an interracial couple with a toddler and we both felt very uncomfortable because of them. Very sad.
