Don't miss this cozy cafe next to the Metra Station. Their croissants are the best around. So buttery & flaky, with a crisp exterior, yet fluffy middle. The cherry pie also was delicious -- big cherries, and it's not too sweet. Perfect accompaniment to their hot coffee. Speaking of coffee, they professionally roast their own coffee beans in small batches for a delicious, unique coffee taste you can't find anywhere else. You can see the small but mighty heavy-duty...
A little gem tucked right into the train station. The hot chocolate was creamy and the raspberry croissant was delicious. The barista, I think her name was Ari, was as welcoming as can be and made the experience even better. Exactly the kind of place you hope to stumble upon while traveling. Highly recommend.
