Very personable people, a family owned restaurant with excellent breakfast/ brunch menu and decent for lunch as well. Ordered chilaquiles with chicken. It was awesome. Service was excellent. Would go there anytime esp for brunch

I was in the Chicago area for the weekend and I stopped in twice for lunch. All of the employees were so nice and the atmosphere was great. The owner is fantastic and very personable. This is one of my favorite diners I've ever been too, and I will be eating here every time I'm back I'm Chicago.

We had reservations for a group of seven. It was very crowded and seating was tight. It seems as though they have more tables and chairs in there than should comfortably fit. The service was good and attentive, although they brought the soup out with the rest of the meal rather than beforehand. The portions were large and the order came out accurate for everybody. Prices were reasonable. Parking was available on the street or behind the restaurant in the parking lot.If you are a party of one or two, there's easy sitting at the countertop.
